Marcos Jr. led the distribution of housing units in Valenzuela City on Tuesday, September 15, under the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program. In Valenzuela, the President led the ceremonial turnover of housing unit certificates to beneficiaries of the Disiplina Village Arkong Bato project. The project has a total of 960 housing units for qualified informal settler families, including those affected by the Supreme Court’s Manila Bay mandamus and residents living in danger zones. Nine buildings have been completed across the first three phases, providing a total of 333 units.
