As a cat owner, I agree- I’d NEVER put my cat outside and in danger just at the request of a guest at a work party. I’d rather cancel.

What surprises me most about these types of issues, is how many other people don't see how entitled and unreasonable the other person is. And I don't mean about kids/parents specificically, just anytime someone oversteps the boundaries
