If Ticketmaster won't refund it, try a chargeback to your bank. They're not fulfilling the service you paid for (which included Macklemore).

we are going to gillette. its my 8 year olds first concert. I told him what was going on and he asked if we can just go for Lucas grahm and then leave. I said sure. so that's the current plan.
