idk about where she lives but in Mo if you already have your kids taken away from you they will not let you bring your baby home

I think she will be able to only bc the cps case is for the other children not the baby. Idk how that state works tho. But I believe they would have to build a case for the baby to be able to remove it. Either way, let’s pray for protection for this baby.

Currently in all 50 states, CPS has to open a separate case for the new baby. And that can be done very quickly. If it's proven the baby is in immediate danger of any kind, they will not let baby leave.

If she has already lost the other kids she will not take the baby home I just hope the baby is ok from her drinking that’s always been a huge worry is she giving birth to a baby who will have long term issues due to alcohol
