Make sure you run on its stomach a lot get only kitten food get a hiding spot mabye a cat tree if you can and definitely toys they have cheap ones at dollar tree and get pet insurance it’s like 20 a month it’s better than no insurance

if its a kitten prepare yourself to have no time to do anything but play and get attacked, never do meow mix for food! if you want a healthy cheap brand go with friskies! keep it on wet food for a while, dont waste your money on cat beds because it will sleep with you where ever you are. If its a cat get crystal litter especially if its an indoor cat. crystal litter is the best for cats do not use it for kittens tho. itll take time for a cat to get used to you more than it does a kitten. if you have any other questions just ask! ive been rescuing cats/kittens for years!
