I know things like peppers and garlic can just be frozen, and onions and potatoes can just be stored, but how do you keep the leafy greens stored for the winter? Or are there certain things you just buy to use now and then go without the rest of the time?

I know yall can’t get an enclosed trailer yet but if you have hog panels you can use those on the sides to make them taller and things more secure! Then use tarps over top everything so if a lid would pop off it would still be contained. Tip for maybe next time 😜

People saying “get a closed trailer” 😂😂 like the man stacking this thing hasn’t thought of that. She has said they are saving for one. But I honestly don’t think a coveted trailer is worth the cost for a once a year trip. They got a system working good!

I know it’s tough on Alaskans but I can’t wait to see the heavy snow, we hardly get snow in London. I’ve also just moved to Cornwall and I don’t think they get much either 😊
