imagine if the pressure had cut through a power cable and he's sticking his feet in it. and yes we've been jobs and been lucky we hadnt entered the water, was only when northern power grid turned up did we know properties was off power.

There will be a gang on route that’s a P1 the NST will have to check if the main can be turned off or if it’s supplying anything important then they will have to shut it in so it can be turned off and repaired

judging by the carriageway lifting that is all washing away underground. that will require road closure to repair pipe and consequential damage to road
