is not easy i fought and fought and today i won. 11 months old shared custody without a lawyer.. i take him every weekend and return him back on Sunday. if you are going through this i have one or two things to share with you!.. she told the court i said I'll kill her kill my son and kill myself. i fought the system, it is stressful time and money consuming. i went to the court myself and apply for contact right. afte she put a restriction on, i cant come close to her or my child. the system is there to help me but men dont understand how the system work. im in wien and yes i fought it and today i have my son shared custody and i have weekend times..

We are all fighters but you may need to consider the children ages in some situations. If she starts using the children to make allegations against you especially if they are girls. You will regret that you didn’t wait for them to grow up and be able to speak for themselves.🤔🤔🤔
