she basically had to move out at 16 because she didn't want to be on the reality show. the rest wanted to do it so she had to leave because they were going ahead with it anyway. they picked the show over her and her getting to be a kid in her own childhood home. it caused a lot of hurt feelings and put massive distance between them that they have never really been able to patched up.

I sat behind them at the MTV movie awards years ago and Kelly performed and she just sat there. It was almost like she wasn’t part of the family in her whole demeanor and mannerisms.
