Officer needs to be retrained. Stop digging around with these kind of kids man. These are the kind of kids that hurt you. You should’ve already had him out of that car and in handcuff stop playing with people man.

All cops are ultimately trained the same way different personalities. But the same cop on every round because they have to behave in a parameter, so therefore they can't say, well, i'm not like that cop. They have to follow the same rules. So every cop is the same cop.

Way too patient for him. He does not have to wait on a supervisor. He’s been very nice with him. Should’ve already taken him out of the car and placed him in handcuffs.
