It’s identical to trying to the challenge selling sustainability and climate change solutions. Gotta have the ROI clear from the get-go which is tough when there are so few case studies or data. Similarly, companies are all over the map when it comes to their maturity on the subject, which influences how/what they value. Your head of innovation guy sees ai as compliance not innovative.
