🚨🚨 Scam Alert – Granbell Hotel Colombo 🚨🚨 Granbell Hotel Colombo එක Book කරන්න කලින් මේක දැනගෙනම Book කරන්න! 😡 අපි Agoda හරහා Premium Double Sea View with Terrace room එකක් Breakfast සමඟ LKR 36,000කට පමණ Book කළා. Agoda එකෙන් booking confirmation, booking ID සහ room details සියල්ලම ලැබුණා. නමුත් අපේ room category එක අවස්ථා 4කදී වෙනස් කරලා, අවසානයේ අපි Book කළ Premium room එක වෙනුවට Partial Sea View + City View room එකක් ලබාදුන්නා. ඒ අතරතුර අපිට මුහුණ දෙන්න වුණේ: ❌ Room downgrade / room category වෙනස් කිරීම ❌ Booking confirmation සම්බන්ධ ගැටලු ❌ Customer service issues ❌ Check-in delay ❌ Room cleanliness & hygiene concerns ❌ Stained linen & towels ❌ Air conditioning / hot water issues ❌ Breakfast experience පිළිබඳ කලකිරීම ❌ Pool crowd & lift delays Hotel එකෙන් මේක Agoda issue එකක් කියමින් නැවත නැවතත් Agoda සම්බන්ධ කරගන්න කිව්වා.
