@hungrrryteddy: This restaurant opened in 1991, which means it has been serving hungry Sydneysiders from the same location for 35 years. Even better, the recipes haven’t changed. It was also the first Chinese restaurant to open in this small dining precinct. There may be several similar Chinese restaurants nearby now, but these guys are the original. This is also my favourite dumpling joint in Sydney, and I’m sure I’m not the only one! Their dumplings and noodles are handmade fresh every day, and the dough they use is simply some of the BEST I’ve had. They use real Australian honey, which makes a difference. Apparently, some places use sugar syrup instead. After 35 years, I’m glad they haven’t lost their touch. I’m looking forward to eating here for many more years to come. Definitely worth a visit, just make sure you go to the original one!
