So to breakdown what I’m talking about in this video. If you want to save money on your monthly housing payment when you’re buying a condo you can do one of two things: 1. Ask for seller concessions (a.k.a seller credits) and apply those at closing towards paying a certain portion of your monthly HOA fees upfront. For example, if you receive $6,000 in seller credits and your monthly HOA payment is $300 you’d be able pay for 20 months worth of HOA fees upfront. So your overall monthly payment will be reduced by $300 for those 20 months. 2. If the sellers are not willing to give you any seller concessions at closing as long as the property appraises above the agreed purchase price you can come to arrangement with the seller to increase the purchase price and ask the seller to give you the difference as a seller concession. So for example, if you’re buying a $500,000 home and the property appraises for $510,000 you can ask the seller to increase the purchase price to $506,000 and give you a seller concession of $6000 back at closing to cover the HOA fees for 20 months. 1. They think people might mistake him for my dad😭 as im so short any guy who’s is even a little older/taller could be mistaken though! 2. They always think I want a different lifestyle. Cause I’m younger they often think I might want nightlife, travelling, going out constantly, or building a career. I’m such a homebody though and just want someone to snuggle with on the sofa and watch movies together 🥰🍿 3. They worry about my future expectations. wondering whether I eventually want marriage, children, etc I’m so go with the flow and as I’m so young still there is no rush! 4. They think I’m too girly. petite, blonde, very feminine, dressy style, go to the gym, and take care of your appearance, some men assume I’m going to have very high standards but that couldn’t be further from the truth💁🏼‍♀️ it’s the little things that matter, the small gestures that I appreciate the most and a genuine loving connection that is the most important.
