A big symptom of CRPS is allodynia, which is extreme sensitivity to touch. So even the lightest touch can feel like knives in my skin. This also makes me very sensitive to fabric and my clothing can become very painful. I have allodynia throughout my entire body but some areas are more sensitive than others. My allodynia also increases when my pain increases. While my clothing can cause pain, the air against my skin can cause me even more pain. These @Victoria's Secret pjs have been the only kind i’ve been able to tolerate for months. Every day is different and somedays I can handle a certain fabric then the next I can’t even stand touching it. Even the cold air feels like shards or glass on my skin.
