trueeee. resigned as an admin officer 2 from deped. and now working from home, i can attend my daughter's school activities ng hindi nahihiya magpaalam or na guguilty. pagka time out wala na magcchat pa sayo. work life balance talaga. salamat Lord ❤️

this mindset is usually once you hit 30s esp 40s. pag nasa 20's ka, promotion ang dream pero pag dumating ka na ng 30s tapos you want to slow down na, ganito na rin mararamdaman mo and nasa point na ako na kahit maliit sweldo ko at halos once a month nalang sb or dinner ay ok lang. peaceful lang.

Ganito din ako. Tinanggahin ko promotions, kasi mas gusto ko work-life balance. Yun lng minsan prang feeling ko na-stuck na ako sa isang bagay/walang growth.

galing ako sa government type of work, alam ko na ipropromote ako nung rd namin ang ginawa ko nag absent ako ng whole day. kasi alam ko kapag na promote ako babalik nanaman ako sa dati kong supervisor na panget ugali at dahil di rin tinanggap yung rason ang resignation ko nag AWOL nalang ako. mas importante yung mental health ko kaysa sa promotion nayan.

Totoo!! Dati sa work ko gusto ako ipromote ayaw ko pero hanggang sa yung general manager na nag promote saken kaya sabi ko try ko putik na stress ako 😅 ending nag resign ako after 6 months kaya nag abroad nalang ako haha
