If you don't have knowledge in Islam when you are asked say u don't know. Who said by saying salam left and right means that you are saying it to your hands. Whatsoever that the prophet did are considered to be Sunnah. There are a lot of things not recorded in the Quran,they are only practice as Sunnah. The five daily prayer in it entirety is not recorded in the Quran as the prophet received it from Allah,when he went to heaven. So if you say Sunnah is not correct,then the prophet didn't do anything without the Quran which is wrong.
