@yi_mei_zeng: Don't underestimate these suction cups - there's a lot of science behind them. The six suction cups are all independent, with silicone heads just the right softness to grab thin metal sheets without leaving marks and to grip shielding covers without scratching the coating. They're equipped with CCD vision technology that takes a picture before gripping, so it can identify orientation and any misalignment perfectly. Then a linear motor drives the gantry over to place the part in the correct slot on the tray - not a single millimeter off is allowed.
