Nako ma’am, pag mga ganang galawan nageexpexct po yang mga yan ng SOP. Same experience pero sa real estate property naman. Kahit clean lahat ng docs na pinasa ko at updated taxes pero bigla daw need i-ocular inspection at need ko magpasa ng bank statements. Sabi ko go, then nung wala sila mahanap na butas, pinatawag ako sa CAS department tas tinanong ako kung “magkano ang kaya kong ibigay?”. Corruption’s everywhere.
