Today I went to visit Ella (I am Ella's big sister and I run this page for her and my mum) This morning they changed her dressings & turned the optiflow down then as she done so well we managed to swap her back to having oxygen via nasal prongs. They have also started to increase her feeds and lower her iv fluids (soon to be stopped!) She had physio which me and mum learnt how to do, she found it funny and she laughed for the first time since before her surgery! A proper belly laugh too 😅 After all this Ella was very tired and a bit uncomfortable so she had some oramoph & rest with her favourite film frozen 🥰 #vdrosurgery #vdrosurgeryrecovery #cerebralpalsywarrior #surgeryrecovery
