Disturbing, usually they catch people by looking at the cameras, and they usually do a pretty good job catching them from looking on the cameras and pinpointing the bike. haven't they done that yet? Before it happens again.

How many not reported ? My friend was hit from behind around 2.30 last Tuesday night 2am into weds morning on the 8th/9th and lay in a pool of blood just before soi 1 on Jomtien beach road. He lay bleeding for 4 hours!!
