As wonderful as is to “take your ball so others can’t play with it anymore” Vermont’s economy DEPENDS on tourism. So this might be the dumbest thing they can do, 9% ($4.2B) of Vermonts GDP is accounted for via tourism, 40 percent is on the HOUSING (you don’t think those taxes aren’t going to keep going up with turning down tourism, you’re just flat out wrong).

close it. there are so many other beautiful places for pictures in Vermont. as long as ive lived here, I still don't go to these specific areas just because there are so many people. and most are annoying and disrespectful.

Ridiculous lol 😆 i been in VT my entire life you know what’s really holding VT back? Stuff like this. Visitors are not welcome. Thats how states grow. People were losing it during the eclipse. “Stay out!” What doesn’t grow rots this state will never grow with this close minded attitude.
