@happyseasonsmcr: How we make our famous traditional Cantonese style stir fried beef with flat rice noodles, also known as beef ho fun. This dish is made to order, so everything is cooked fresh from scratch. We start by blanching the beef for around a minute, then place it to one side. Next, we add the vegetables to the wok. We use onions, green peppers and beansprouts. Give everything a good wok for around a minute, then place them to the side with the beef. We then clear the wok, add fresh oil and throw in the flat rice noodles, which have been soaking in cold water for a few hours. Give the noodles a good wok, then add light soy sauce, salt, MSG and chicken powder. Once everything is mixed together, we add the beef and vegetables back into the wok, toss everything together again and finish with dark soy sauce.
