If the GA,'s come together paaaa and agrees for massive development,i swear the ga communities will be one of the best in Africa. high rise buildings along the sea, in every high rise building, the first two flows should b 4d landlord, the remaining flows, when rented , some percentage should be given the the landlord for the rest of the lifes . Culture is also one thing that is delaying our development in Ghana
