Vermicelli Rice Bowl: Sauce: -minced garlic -grated ginger -tbsp sesame oil -tbsp oyster sauce -2tbsp soy sauce -1 tbsp sweet rice soy sauce -1 tbsp brown sugar -1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder -2 cups water -3 tsp hot sauce -2 tbsp cornstarch Rice Noodles: -Boil water -place rice noodles in water -boil for 3 mins -drain and rinse with cold water -season with sesame oil, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to taste Chicken and veggie mix -season with paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper seasoning -sauté in sesame oil -add in shredded cabbage, julienne carrots, bell pepper, and onion -Mix and put lid on for 3 mins -uncover and add liquid -bring heat up to boil and cover for 3 additional minutes -add cooked rice noodles and mix thoroughly #vermicellinoodles #ricenoodles #stirfry #dinner
