@ladyyclaireproperties: Sometimes, knowing when to WALK AWAY is part of the negotiation too. 🤷🏻‍♀️ My buyers genuinely liked this River Valley unit, but when the asking went from ~$2.5m → $2.55m → suddenly “maybe $2.65m can close” despite us improving our offer… I told them we should move on. Could they afford it? Yes. But I’ll never encourage my buyers to keep bidding against themselves just for the sake of securing a unit. And thankfully we did. 🥹 Because shortly after, we found an even better opportunity and eventually closed $30k BELOW valuation. ❤️ Sometimes the best deal isn’t the one you fight the hardest for — it’s knowing which one is worth fighting for in the first place.
