I wouldn’t physically try to arrest an officer, but and it’s a big but if an officer isn’t leaving after you told him to go, you tell him he’s under arrest for trespassing. Read him his Miranda rights then call the FBI have them come out and have them actually arrest the officers. You could probably even get them besides the trespassing deprivation of rights under the color of law and conspiracy if there’s two or more.
