I absolutely am grateful they aired this. People need to see the successes and the failures or the issues that present with this condition….. these things need to show both good and bad. And they did a good job. Hurts to see but he needed to get help sooner….butni know how hard that is

I think that people may feel like Dr. Now is harsh when they meet him as a patient, but I don’t think they understand how many people and how many patients he’s lost. He’s hard because he needs people to take it seriously.

Pulmonary embolisms are devastating. My aunt was perfectly healthy and died of one after an outpatient procedure in her early 40s, I nearly did as well in my 30s. They're horrifically insidious and scary fast and they DON'T care about status or lifestyle
