The Golden 100% 4th Extreme Demon [Jump from Bloodbath] Wow… where do I even start. Beating The Golden has been a dream of mine since I was 12. I can’t believe I finally did it — after months of grinding, stress, setbacks, and thousands of attempts, it’s finally over. I started playing Geometry Dash back in 2019 on mobile, after a friend recommended it to me. I stuck with mobile for five years, and on December 23rd, 2024, I finally made the switch to PC. Instantly, I got way better — within the first week I beat Acu and Cataclysm, and just a few days later, Bloodbath. That’s when I decided to go for a massive jump. I picked The Golden, a level that’s been one of my favorites since it released. But at first, it felt impossible. I couldn’t do any of the parts, and after two days, I seriously considered giving up. I even dropped it for a bit to try something easier like Zodiac. But then I remembered why I started in the first place. From there, things changed. In just a few days, I was improving fast — I got runs like 87–100, 79–100, and 71–100. That kept me going. Not even two days later, I got 35–63 — my best run at the time — and shortly after that, 25–56. That run proved to me that I could actually beat the level if I just stuck with it. Then progress slowed. But I managed 35–76, and my motivation came back strong. And then… I got employed 💀 Suddenly I could only play on weekends, and everything got 10x harder. But I kept going. Over two weeks later, I finally got the level in two runs — 36–96. At this point I had over 100,000 attempts, more than I’d ever spent on any level before. Eventually I started playing from 0. And it was hell. The predrop made me rage so much, I genuinely considered dropping the level again. But once more, I reminded myself why I started. And that kept me locked in. Suddenly, I was making real progress. I got 38%, then 49%. A few days later, I was reaching the 60s. I knew it was only a matter of time. Then came the biggest fluke yet — 87%, after dying in the 60s multiple times. I was so nervous during that run I nearly passed out. At this point, I knew it was close. I’d already done 25–87, and almost two weeks later, I finally clutched 25–100. That run haunted me — I failed it so many times. But I stayed focused. Later that same day, I got 88, and even though it was only 1% progress, I knew the end was near. On May 21st, 2025, after over 4 months of grinding and 170,344 attempts, I finally beat The Golden — making one of the biggest jumps in Geometry Dash. This level has meant so much to me for so long. I can’t thank everyone enough for keeping me motivated through all of this. I’m genuinely so happy right now. I couldn’t have done this without you. Enjoyment: 8/10 the last 30% and the pre drop were kinda annyoing Deaths past 60: 61, 62, 63, 66x2, 67x3, 78, 87, 88 honestly I was so lucky that I only had 2 deaths past 85 cuz it's the hardest part by far from 0 I'm so happy that I fluked it. Hardest parts: 13-22, 87-93
