I think it's a boundary issue it's okay to show affection to your kids but not go overboard instead of laying in the car she should have got her butt out of the car with the kid and took him up to the school so he can have play time or she

good for you momma! children need the one on one time especially before school to help with emotional regulation and it starts the day off in a positive way. I believe in the 10-10-10 rule. 10 minutes after they wake up, after school and before bed you be COMPLETELY present . people who make this out to be anything else is just nonsense.
