Went to an ADA meeting and honestly it made me start reading toothpaste ingredients way more closely Hydroxyapatite is one I look for now—it helps support enamel remineralization and is actually really useful for everyday oral care.

I just got back from a dental cleaning, and even my dental hygienist asked what I had changed recently because my plaque buildup and tooth sensitivity had both improved. I told her I had only started using MPLE toothpaste!🤪🤪🤪
