The First step is to know Your learners. In this case, try and identify the learning styles of your learners and try as much as possible to adapt a teaching style that simplify concepts towards those styles. it's not an easy task but it can be done. Side Note: If you are new to the class, try and talk to previous teachers that handled the class to know more about them. Stay blessed.

Don't worry bruh cos this isn't an issue of formula, It's a heredity. all other things being equal, just as the government forget to pay teachers, same as the kids forget what u teach, so it's like father like kids. So if the kids forget what you teach, it's giving you a sign that, your monthly pay will not come. I came in peace bruh 🤣
