I just want to say that I appreciate how real you are because you talk about things that women go through that I have been so not only hesitant but embarrassed to talk about that I went through during homelessness the fears in the hygiene and like you say walking the bike lane having to depend on men that you have no idea if they're going to hurt you or not like I just really appreciate you talking about these things cuz these are things that don't seem to get talked about very often so I just I really appreciate you for that

Hi girly ! I’m a msr at the ymca in south philly , if you’re near there , you can shower there with a membership that you can get free if you have government insurance! You can dm me if you need more information

I was like that at first but now I’m nine months clean I’m obsessed with showering and oils and lotions and all the things. I can’t believe I was so crusty but ur right it stops being priority

My sister was homeless in Phoenix for years and I never had to worry about her in cold winters. It has to be ruthless for all the homeless in the winter months. ❤️🩹

I’ve said it before, but I am very proud of you. I went on YouTube and looked up what Kensington looks like and I was beyond horrified. I am so glad you made it out of there and out of that situation and are doing so much better. I wish there was more help out there for the people on Kensington.

exactly my hygiene deteriorated more and more each year that went by. once in a while I would get a date and he would get a room for us and I would shower but I still wouldn't shower and most of the time cuz I didn't have clean clothes to put on! love ya xo

Wow girl!!! You said you had to get used to bathing again, if there was any “scent” did you get nose blind to it? Like if you’re a smoker sometimes you don’t even smell it anymore. I hope you know what I mean and it doesn’t come out like an asshole.

I struggled with addiction for 28 yrs and I literally begged God to die bcuz I wanted to be clean and couldn't stay clean and then 6 years ago something just changed anyways I have been following u and i see and realize just how hard u fought to get where u are now and how serious it is for u to be where u are now ❤️good for u and from a stranger I'm so fucking proud of u...we've lost too many!!!!
