The one that died was her husband not her father, her father died in 2003

There’s so much to unpack in that dynamic and the unbearable grief that comes from being with someone since the age of 13. Her father died in 2003, and her husband died in 2016. Her husband had been her manager since she was 13 or 14, and they eventually became a couple when she was 18. She was literally attached to René Charles at the hip, so he wasn’t just her husband—he had been a huge part of her life for most of it.
Then, when her husband died, her older brother passed away just a week later. I would say that all the father figures and major male support systems in her life eventually left her. I believe losing her father was the first crack, but losing her husband absolutely wrecked her. René Charles was basically like a second dad to her, so losing him was probably the tipping point. She had already experienced so much loss, but losing someone who had been beside her since she was a child must have felt like losing a huge part of herself.

I can relate to this, you do need to feel the grief to heal it. In the material realm you’re not allowed to grieve sadly. She’s experienced a lot for sure 🙏

That's very interesting what you shared about illnesses and their past 3-5 years. It seems to apply to people I know.
