You absolutely did not. 🍅✨ Heirloom tomatoes, shallots + spicy whipped ricotta piled onto buttery puff pastry — and it takes all of 5 minutes to put together before it hits the oven. The hardest part is waiting for the salted tomatoes to do their thing. Crispy, creamy, spicy, jammy and honestly kind of ridiculous for how little effort it takes. She’s a showstopper.
