I have what I can only describe as a 'nervous stomach', like that kind of stomachache! racing thoughts SO BAD. I have adhd but this is the worst its been in a while. I can't even distract myself with a movie, tv show or even a 10 minute video! I keep having mood swings and I haven't slept since I THINK 1am YESTERDAY. im not even bothering with my sleep meds yet bc im so wired they won't work. and im alternating between hot and cold like every time theres a cme. this is irritating!

Relate to almost everything you mentioned. Emotional so sore head pressure asthma is bothering me. No appetite cramping nausea weak vibrating emotional but I am motivated to do things and art. Also things are clicking in my head. It’s also the anniversary of my mother crossing over but I’m okay I know she’s with me always.
