@touchtightcoaching: 🎉 Developing the Advancing CB - Skill | 91-P5! Organisation: 🔵 This skill practice takes place in a 18 by 25-yard area and focuses on developing our possession teams movement to create space for the advancing Centre back and to exploit attacking overloads. 🔵 We setup by splitting the area in half, with an initial 2 v 2 + 1 Floater in the build up phase of play. 🔵 Teams must try and execute the set sequence shown in the session image, with variations based on how the attack unfolds. 🔵 Once the ball is played into the final zone, we have a 4 v 3 + 1 scenario, with the advanced CB and floater creating the overload in this zone. 🔵 If the defenders win possession, they must combine to finish in either of the two mini goals.
