As someone who used to work in long term care and dealt specifically with nutrition these would have been soooo useful for some of our residents who were constantly struggling with fluid intake but were always snacking on candy

I got these for my mom (no dementia, just doesn't drink enough water) and I hate to say it but they are kind of hard to eat. very innovative though! Just unpleasant texture
