Mix until just combined. 4️⃣ Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake for approximately 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Don’t overbake — we want the cake soft and moist! 5️⃣ While the cake is baking, mix the Greek yogurt, protein powder and powdered sweetener together to make the frosting. 6️⃣ Let the cake cool for a few minutes, then crumble it into the frosting mixture while it’s still slightly warm. Mix until everything is well combined. 7️⃣ Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and roll into balls. 8️⃣ Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to firm up. 9️⃣ Melt the white chocolate and mix in a little pink food coloring. Dip each chilled cake ball into the chocolate until coated. 🔟 Immediately top with rainbow sprinkles and let the chocolate set. And that’s it!! The CUTEST little high-protein birthday cake pops 🎂💖✨ Perfect to keep in the fridge when that sweet craving hits 🤭 Save this recipe & send it to someone who would destroy these with you 🫶🏼
