How many years will be lost to this project? So many highschoolers enjoyed Sunset Place in its glory days. Now, how many kids will go freshman-senior year without ever having a place like this to visit? Very sad to hear this project will be moving forward. Sunset Place was a wonderful spot for all ages.

I grew up here. I would walk to sunset in 5 minutes and go to Winn Dixie. Now the Winn Dixie is a giant lux apartment and soon I’m sure the affordable apartments I like in will be gone as all the house nearby are millions minimum

AMC renewed their lease which means sunset is not being demolished this December anymore. I believe the developer pulled out after the city didn’t grant him the funds.

Same as building some upscale apartments and luxury stores in town and country where the Kohl’s is who exactly and Kendall is supposed to afford buying at Louis Vuitton or Tiffany’s or whatever and who is gonna afford luxury residence luxury apartments when people can barely afford apartments in the hood

I grew up going to sunset place from going to the movies with family and friends to going bowling , hot topic , Disney store , omg a gem 💎 will be gone . This sucks no more gametime (gameworks) . So sad just going to add more traffic as well 😳😏😱😭😭😭
