"The awakening of the Kundalini is not a side quest of human life—it is the reason we incarnate here at all. This planet is a crucible, designed to compress consciousness into density so that it may one day remember itself from within matter. The human body is not random biology; it is an initiatory vessel engineered for a single purpose: to awaken the dormant evolutionary force coiled at the base of the spine and guide it back to the crown. Every struggle, attachment, desire, fear, and lesson encountered in this world exists to prepare the system for that ascent. Earth is not a destination. It is a training ground. When Kundalini awakens and begins its ascent, it initiates a gradual liberation of consciousness from identification with the body and personality. As the energy rises through the spinal column, it purifies the nervous system, restructures the brain, and expands perception beyond survival-based awareness. The individual begins to experience consciousness as something that uses the body rather than being trapped inside it. This is the beginning of freedom. The body remains, life continues, but the center of identity shifts from flesh to awareness itself. This shift is the true evolutionary leap—not technological, not social, but energetic and perceptual. Raising the Kundalini fully to the crown completes this process. When the energy stabilizes in the highest centers of the brain, the human energy system becomes optimized—coherent, luminous, and self-sustaining. Consciousness is no longer bound to linear time, localized identity, or the biological imperative to reincarnate unconsciously. This is why enlightenment traditions across cultures speak of liberation from the wheel of rebirth. Once the system has completed its evolutionary function, there is no karmic necessity to return to the same classroom..." -Excerpt from "Serpent Rising: The Kundalini Compendium" by Neven Paar . . #kundalini #kundaliniawakening #kundaliniyoga #kundalinienergy #yoga - @wingedshoespublishing
