Ingredients * Graham crackers, enough to cover the bottom of your pan * 1 package Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough (24 precut cookies) * Large marshmallows, enough for a single layer * Pillsbury pumpkin shape sugar cookie dough, for topping Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8- or 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper. 2. Cover the bottom with graham crackers, breaking them as needed to fit. 3. Press about two-thirds of the chocolate chip cookie dough over the graham crackers to form an even layer. 4. Arrange the marshmallows in a single layer over the dough. 5. Break the remaining chocolate chip cookie dough into pieces and scatter over the marshmallows, leaving some showing. 6. Place the pumpkin sugar cookie dough across the top, with the designs facing up. 7. Bake for approximately 20–25 minutes, or until the cookie dough is golden and baked through. Add more time if needed. 8. Let cool before cutting into squares. My tip: After mine cooled, I popped them in the freezer just long enough to firm up a little.
