I honestly have a hard time understanding how luggage goes missing or mixed up. Why is my luggage not on the buggy that was specifically placed at the plane to collect the bags. It’s a careless thing that happens too often. I hope you get justice 😔

i remember my first flight they put the sticker on my carry-on for me to give it to the worker before entering the plane and I literally turned my carry on in a way where the worker couldn’t see the sticker and kept it pushing! i FOUND space. ion have time for these ppl! it should always be enough carry-on space if people follow the rules… they let ppl put more than a carry on at the top .. i’m sorry this happened to you !!

Ok I lost my luggage in Italy and found out that in Italy the rule to deliver your luggage is 3 business days! They hand it off to a 3rd party and they aren’t obligated to deliver it to you and it’s not longer in the hands on the airline 🤯 it’s soooo crazy!! We got our bags the last day as we were about to leave bc of this. Then I got my bags delayed again but bc of this rule we drove to the airport and asked the airline to NOT hand over to the 3rd party. It’s an Italy thing unfortunately
