I can't even leave my children in their room for 5 minutes by themselves bc I'm scared that a freak accident will happen. There's no way someone forgets their child in the car for 3 hours... you will never convince me otherwise.

My friend’s toddler drowned when she left her 12 year old in charge of him. It’s been over 40 years and neither of them have ever been able to forgive themselves… it’s tragic.
