I think he clearly doesnt “care” about her dreams cuz they change constantly. He isnt very patient with it. People say its cuz he resents her being the breadwinner but I honestly just think hes tired of constant change, her constantly complaining, moving all the time when he wanted to go to med school and provide and take on that role. His life is drastically different than what he planned for and it doesnt seem like they will ever “settle down”.
