I HAVE used lip liners before but it IRKS the hell outta me when my lipstick FADES and the liner is STILL there. And I’m NOT gonna spend the WHOLE day constantly REAPPLYING it. So, I just use a NICE balm because I DON’T like my lips to be all STICKY from a gloss, either. I guess I’m just weird. 😉🥴😬🙄🤪🫶🤭😆🤣😜😂🤟🤷‍♀️💗🦋
