Ingredients: • 12 Oreo cookies • 310 ml apple juice • 270 g sugar • 8 g agar-agar • 70 g egg whites Instructions: 1️⃣ Crush the Oreo cookies into small pieces. Set some aside for decoration. 2️⃣ In a saucepan, combine 250 g apple juice, 200 g sugar, and 8 g agar-agar. Bring to a boil and cook for about 8–10 minutes, until the syrup forms a thin “thread” when it falls from the spatula. 3️⃣ Whip 70 g egg whites with 70 g sugar until stiff peaks form. 4️⃣ Slowly pour the hot syrup into the whipped egg whites in a thin stream while continuing to mix. Whip until the mixture becomes thick and stable. 5️⃣ Add the crushed Oreo cookies and gently fold them into the marshmallow mixture. 6️⃣ Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe the marshmallows onto parchment paper. Let them set at room temperature for 6–12 hours. ✨ Sprinkle with extra Oreo crumbs for decoration.
