@sheswasgivingfr: Zendaya walked into the 78th Emmy Awards at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles last night with her third consecutive nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for Euphoria Season 3, the final season of the show, and she showed up like she always does. She won that category in 2020 at 24, becoming the youngest Lead Drama Actress winner in Emmy history. She won again in 2022 at 26, becoming the first Black woman to win that category twice and the youngest two-time winner in Emmy history. Last night was her third nomination in a row for the same role across all three seasons of Euphoria, a 3 for 3 sweep for a character that changed television. Born and raised in Oakland, California. She started on Disney Channel, moved to HBO, and is currently juggling Spider-Man, The Odyssey, and a legendary legacy that is already cemented before she turns 30. #Zendaya #Euphoria #Emmys2026 #BlackExcellence #BlackWomenWinning
