dont give him another dime in rent....put ur rent money in an escrow account and sue him....u just cannot withhold the rent cause then he has cause for eviction....u have to put the money in escrow....landlords will typically comply after they r threatened legally

🥰 Keep calling the health inspector the health inspector makes inspection that make it for you can't be evicted it will get fixed or they will shut the whole unit down and fine the landmore a $1,000-$10,000 a day they make a paper trail for you. So if he tries to take you to court and soothe for back pay, he'll never get it 🤣 your welcome
