‼️BEWARE‼️ whoever knows me knows I always do shout outs and I never disrespect anyone. So me doing this and putting someone on blast is for a reason. As a pan creator I know I also shop around for pants for myself or for family if I don’t create them myself from other pin creators. Most of my community are the pin creators that I give shout outs to whether I get a pen or beads from you or something else. However, I bought from this girl several times the beginning started all fine. Two purchases ago I got a pen from here and the the stones from the beads came off. She told me that she was sorry to superglue them. As a pin creator myself, I would never suggest that to my customers that are missing stones from their beads or anything missing from their pen. I would offer them to do a remake or get something else on me. This last purchased I got three badges, they were on sale buy two and get one. one of the badges was a Selena badge for a customer. That is the order in conversation that you see here. It has been about a week now. I as a pen maker do not do refunds or exchanges whatsoever. I had to make this only exception for this customer because I bought from someone else trusting that the badge would get here in the customer would be satisfied. However, instead, I got unworthy person who I thought I could count on, and I lost a customer. My package still hasn’t arrived till this day, until this day is still in the same status of label created. Now I’m a person that always goes or tries to go above and beyond to make sure my customers get their packages. However, I feel like she is not helping me at all, knowing that the package was not shipped and probably still somewhere at her house or something else.
